Celebrate your child by purchasing a dedication ad in the yearbook! You can purchase a 1/8th, 1/4th, half-page or full-paged ad to commemorate your child's endeavors. These ads allow for a picture submission, along with a special message. The last day to purchase and submit an ad in the Yearbook is February 14th! Please make sure to utilize our link (commpe.pictavo.com; School ID: 385474). Remember to also use this link to purchase our yearbook and upload photos from all school activities that you'd like to be featured for the year.
Our second Chick-fil-a Spirit Night will be at the Regency Square Chick-fil-a and will run from 5PM to 8PM. Make sure to mention "Holy Spirit's Spirit Night" when you order!
On rainy days, things will run a little differently during drop off or dismissal to ensure the safety of our students. The first meeting for the Tree Hugger Club is Tuesday, 10/1. Students interested in participating should print, fill out, and return the attached flyer to Mrs. O'Brien.
Cross Country practice begins August 26th for all students who are interested. Prior experience is not required. Practices will be Mondays and Wednesdays 3-4 pm at Dr. John Luciano Soccer Field.

Ms. Patricia Curley is joining us from her most recent parish family, St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hudson, Ohio. Originally from Long Island, New York, Ms. Curley moved with her four children to Ohio in 2005. She is a cradle Catholic who is passionate about her faith and has been in Catholic education for many years in the Diocese of Cleveland. She attained her master’s degree in educational administration from Ursuline College, in addition to her undergraduate degree from Adelphi University, Garden City, New York. Her love for East Coast living and the beach, brings her to Jacksonville.

Here's a picture of the Catholic Charities truck loaded with 610 boxes of cereal that you donated last week. For the next several months, children all over Jacksonville with start their day with a bowl of cereal thanks to the 170 families of Holy Spirit School.
